At The Bridge, we love offering fun, life-giving events both for those who attend our church and those who do not. We also love helping get the word out concerning events that are going on in the community! We want to do our best to make sure that all events are communicated clearly and effectively. With that in mind, we have a few different form options available. Please take a moment to read about each form so that you know which is the right option for you and your event!
FACILITY USAGE FORM
Do you have a personal event that you would like to hold at The Bridge Church? This form is for individuals, groups, or organizations looking to use the facilities of The Bridge Church to host their event. You can find the form by clicking the button below.
EVENT COMMUNICATION REQUEST FORM
Do you have an event that you would like us to communicate? This form is for anyone interested in getting the word out about an event. It can be for both official church events (that have been approved via the "event proposal form") as well as events in the community. You can find the form by clicking the button below.
EVENT PROPOSAL FORM
Do you have an event idea that you would like to be sponsored or put on by The Bridge Church? This form is the first step to getting permission to host and plan "official" events by The Bridge Church. You can find the form by clicking the button below.
